SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns

Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@yokaialley.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review each case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
 

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

To request a cancellation, email sales@yokaialley.com with the subject line:
“CANCEL ORDER #...” and include your order details.
 

Fraud Prevention & Order Security

For security reasons, Yokai Alley reserves the right to cancel and refund orders flagged as high-risk, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple failed payment attempts

  • Address discrepancies between billing and shipping

  • Orders shipped via third-party freight forwarding services

  • Unverified payment methods

If your order is flagged, we may reach out for additional verification before proceeding with shipment. If verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be canceled and refunded.
⚠️ Please note: If an order is canceled due to fraud concerns, the 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding pre-orders. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way!
